As we are not an essential business we will not be shipping our artworks during Level 4. We will however continue to make our artworks to order as our workshop is attached to our house and it is only Aran and I (Maeve) making so this can be carried out entirely in our bubble.
At level 3 we will be able to ship our artworks as normal, however delivery times are likely to take longer than expected so please be patient. We have the following precautions in place to guarantee the safety of our customers and couriers:
- We have hand sanitiser in our workshop, which we will use before working on any of our artworks
- We will be wiping down and cleaning all the surfaces in the workshop
- We will not work if we are unwell
- We have contactless delieveries and pickups in place with our couriers (NZ Post)
- We do occasionally have customers who want to call into our workshop to discuss their artwork in person and see some recent examples of our work. Unfortunately this will not be possible at Level 3.
